Shaw Crowned Top PIO Hitter in September Saturday, October 1st, 2033 Ed Shaw has a lot going for him. The Great Falls right fielder just broke into the majors this year and now the Pioneer League has just picked him as its top hitter for September. In 15 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .474 with 8 home runs, 40 RBIs and 27 runs scored. In the current season, Shaw has put up a .351 batting average with 73 hits, 21 home runs, 94 RBI and scored 73 runs. |
