Gómes and Franco Fight, Get Suspended Saturday, August 17th , 2041 Wilson Gómes of DSL Minnesota and Juan Franco of DSL Los Angeles (N) were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Gómes will have to miss 5 games for his part in the brawl, while Franco was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Presently Gómes is batting .192 with 25 hits and 5 home runs. He has knocked in 14 runs and scored 17 times.
