Sutton Whiffs 17, DSL Chicago (A) Tops DSL New York (A) Monday, August 19th , 2041 Scotty Sutton of the DSL Chicago (A) White Sox put on a pitching clinic today at Baseball City Complex as he struck out 17 DSL New York (A) Yankees in a 8-1 victory. Sutton was simply magnificent as he held the Yankees to 1 hit. He walked 2. "I felt okay at the beginning," Sutton said, "but eventually my curveball really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Sutton's performance, White Sox manager shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating."
