Hits Blitz for Reds Brown Tuesday, August 16th, 2033 It was a special day for Mike Brown at Baseball City Complex today. Not only did Brown's Baseball City (CIN) Reds beat the DSL Northwest (BOS1) Red Sox 1 10-8, but the center fielder hit for the cycle along the way. The 22-year-old Brown racked up 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to get his name in the record books. For the game, he went 4-for-5 with 2 RBI and 1 run scored. "He hit everything we threw," said Red Sox 1 manager . "There was just no getting him out today." Speaking to the press after the game, Brown said his goal for the day had been to look for "first pitch fastballs." "I got some good looks today," he said. Mike Brown hit a solo-shot off Augusto Flores in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, hit an RBI triple in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
