League Punishes Pair for Fighting Thursday, August 25th, 2033 Bruno Howard of the DSL South (WAS) Nationals and Norbert Williams of the San Pedro de Macoris (MIL1) Brewers 1 received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Las Américas Complex. So far this season Howard has put up a .176 batting average with 24 hits, 3 home runs and 15 RBIs. In 12 starts this season Williams has gathered 3 wins while suffering 4 losses. He has pitched 43.2 innings, allowed 60 hits, struck out 52 and has a 7.21 ERA. |
