Pacheco Wins AL Player of the Week Trophy Monday, July 24th, 2028 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the American League, but last week Paolo Pacheco of the Tampa Bay Rays reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Pacheco rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (14-for-28), no home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. Pacheco's current batting average stands at .334 and he has chalked up 21 home runs and 75 RBIs. |
