Athletics, Brewers Swap Players Saturday, December 19th, 2026 The Baseball News Network is reporting that Oakland and Milwaukee have agreed in principle to a swap that will send 20-year-old minor league LHP Abu Madhubuti, 20-year-old minor league RHP Chris Cleveland, 20-year-old minor league C António Garza and 22-year-old 3B Brad Boddie to the Brewers with 21-year-old CF Cecilio Kendall joining the Athletics. Oakland general manager Mike Leitao would not confirm the trade, but a team representative close to the negotiations said the deal is official and is now only awaiting approval from the league. During his career Kendall has played in 117 games, batted .237 with 10 home runs and 97 base hits. |
