TheShow: Spring Training 2041 is Complete Sunday, March 31st , 2041 @everyone, Spring Training is complete. We are to the Opening Day sim. PAY ATTENTION and check your rosters for non-roster invitees and ensure that you are reduced to 26 on your active roster before you export. See the other notes below. We are going to start the draft timers with Friday's sim, which I am going to have to ask Scott to run, as I will be having surgery at 9am ET Friday morning. I likely can run it in the afternoon if he can't. We will let you know as soon as we sync up later today. With the draft timers getting turned on, we will also be setting ALL GMS WHO HAVEN'T LOGGED INTO S+ IN THE LAST 7 DAYS TO AUTO PICK TO START THE DRAFT. This is to ensure that we aren't waiting for GMs who aren't as active as others. Here's what that list would look like today if we were turning the draft timers on now: These teams would be set to AUTO PICK: Washington Nationals Detroit Tigers Cleveland Guardians Jacksonville Bombers Colorado Rockies Arizona Diamondbacks Cincinnati Reds Philadelphia Phillies New York (N) Mets Here are some notes on Friday's sim: This sim will start with the games of Sunday, March 31st and conclude on Sunday, April 7th. Simulating a total of 7 days. This sim will simulate the Week 1 of the schedule. · All GMs should make sure that all of their 26-man active roster players have a * by their name on the Rosters and Transactions page, ensuring that all non-roster invites are now on the 40-man roster before the season begins. · GMs should be mindful of minor league roster limits when demoting. · The last of the Incentive Point Spending (#ip-spending-plan-submissions) are processed during this sim. · The First-Year Players Draft is open in Stats+ (https://statsplus.net/theshow) with the timers enforced. -TheShow Commish |
