Duffy Shuts Out Indians, 6-0 Tuesday, April 29th, 2031 In an outstanding mound performance, New York (A) Yankees starter Ron Duffy fired a complete-game shutout against the Cleveland Indians at Yankee Stadium today. Duffy was the key to the Yankees's 6-0 win. The 30-year-old right-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 3 hits and 1 walk he allowed. "3 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter as long as it was a shutout." This year Duffy has compiled a 2-2 mark with a 5.23 ERA.
