Year Ends for Sonny Gray in Baltimore Thursday, September 21st, 2023 The season is ending on a bad note for Sonny Gray, starting pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Gray was hurt against the New York (A) Yankees while throwing a pitch. He suffered a bone spur in his elbow and will be out for at least 4-5 months. Up to now Gray has recorded a record of 7-7. In 23 starts he has fanned 90 batters in 133.1 innings with a 4.86 ERA. |
