The doldrums are upon us. Baseball is officially over for another year and the tarp can go on the field one final time. Of course, there is still plenty of activity in True Neutral Baseball League. There are roster and financial moves to be made. There is the endless speculation of who will end up where. Rumors, trades, firings, hirings and a joyful merry-go-round of action that will culminate with Opening Day.
