At Signal Iduna Park today, Bonnefoy showed how well he learned that lesson. The 32-year-old first baseman had 5 hits in 6 at-bats for the Wolfsburg, helping his team knock off the Borussia Dortmund by a score of 15-4. "They always said, just keep your eye on the ball, don't overswing, make contact and you never know what will happen," he said. "That's all I did today." Angelo Bonnefoy singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off António Ramírez in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
