Cubs Tejeda and Cobras Jensen Suspended for Fight Wednesday, August 10th , 2016 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Daytona-Kissimmee contest at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. The Cubs Anderson Tejeda and the Cobras George Jensen will have to sit out 4 and 9 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. To date this year Tejeda is batting .196 with 8 home runs. This season to date Jensen has a record of 2 wins and 5 losses with a 3.72 ERA, has appeared in 8 games and struck out 36 in 46 innings. |
