Boston and Montreal got after it at Labatt Blue Light Stadium.
The Boston Colonials handed the Montreal Expos a loss at Labatt Blue Light Stadium. The final score was 9-1. Guillermo Estrada was one of the major contributors for Boston. In addition to his 1 single and 1 home run, he scored 1 run and drove in 4. The winner in relief was Ching-hsia Ning. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1.1 innings.
