The Saints grabbed a win, 6-5, at General Mills Ballpark, overcoming a fine effort from New York pitcher Juan Valdéz. Valdéz went 6 innings and allowed no runs. St. Paul raised its record to 57-44 with the win.

The game ended with a bang. In the bottom of the ninth, with St. Paul trailing 5-4, Leonardo Bravo jumped on a 1-1 fastball from Markko Vaijärvi for a 2-run home run, sending the Saints to a walk-off win.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Bravo said.
