Houston Sends Papish to San Jose Friday, July 31st , 2048 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Houston Space Dragons and the San Jose Jedi have agreed to a deal that will have 29-year old RHP Jason Papish heading to San Jose in exchange for a 5th round draft pick. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. To this point in the season, Papish has rung up no saves in 24 relief appearances. He has also crafted a 3.43 ERA, 1 win and 2 losses and 32 strikeouts in 39.1 innings. |
