Koch 6-for-6 Against RedLeafs Tuesday, September 1st , 2048 Scott Koch was at the head of a Santo Domingo hit parade today at Riverside Stadium. The center fielder went to the plate 6 times and came away with 6 hits, sparking the Toros to a 25-0 victory over the Vanderhoof RedLeafs. "I told the guys in the dugout, just be thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging Koch told reporters after the game. "Seems like it worked out well for us today." RedLeafs skipper Richard Wallace said later that the club gave up "too much plate." "Not the way we planned it," he said. "Every hitter in the league will rip you when you do that."
