Neilburg Composite Loses John Colvin, Will Miss Season

John Colvin has to call it a season. The Neilburg Composite Trojans starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Archbishop McCarthy Aggies and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Colvin was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn rotator cuff and stated that he would not be able to play for 13 months.
Checking out his stats for the season, Colvin has racked up 5 wins and 6 losses in 22 starts, posted a 4.67 ERA, and struck out 60 batters in 94.1 innings.
