Seno Blasts Tigres, Swallows Take Game 1, 6-3
The Tokyo Swallows powered past the hometown Santiago Tigres, 6-3, in the opener of the Semifinals at SD Field today. Tokyo third baseman Ryoichi Seno was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, to lead the charge. The Swallows now lead the series 1-0.

In the top of the first, with the game still scoreless, Seno hit a run-scoring double to put his team in the lead.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Seno said.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at SD Field in Santiago.
