Rangers Walk It Off for 2nd Win of Season
Globe Life Park in Arlington was host to some intense drama.

The Minnesota Twins got a superb performance from pitcher Jose Urquidy, but the Texas Rangers still won the game, 5-4. Urquidy threw 5.1 innings of shutout ball. The winner was Texas reliever Andres Munoz, now 1-0. The loser was Graham Ashcraft.

Pete Alonso was the walk-off hero for Texas. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Rangers first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We ground out the win," said Alonso. "That's all that matters."

The win puts Texas at 2-1.
