The Colorado Rockies downed the San Francisco Giants, 6-4. The hitting star was left fielder Joc Pederson. Pederson went 3-3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Rockies. Alex Cobb got the win, improving to 9-7. He worked 5.1 innings, giving up 4 runs on 8 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2.
