Kilome Named CWL Best Pitcher Winner Friday, February 11th , 2022 Franklyn Kilome of the San Juan Ravens outdid his pitching peers this year and has been honored with the 2021 Caribbean Winter League Best Pitcher. During his remarkable year Kilome posted a 5-0 record in 9 starts. In 51 innings he yielded 36 hits and 14 walks while striking out 65 and compiling a fine 1.59 ERA. He received 6 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Matt Krook of the Maracaibo Volunteers finished second in voting, while Dane Dunning of the Santo Domingo Capitals finished third.
