Ashby Dominates, Whitewashes Capitals Friday, January 20th , 2023 Santo Domingo dropped a 8-0 shutout to Aaron Ashby and the Coacalco Lords at Capitals Ballpark today. The Capitals offered little resistance to Ashby, who stopped them on 1 hit, fanned 11 and walked 4. "It just felt right today," the left-handed Ashby told reporters after the win. "Even with the rain, it didn't throw me off my rhythm." This season Ashby has recorded no saves with a 4-1 record.
