Washington (RDL) has been crowned the 2021 Rookie Dev League tournament champion following their 8-3 win over Toronto (RDL). "This group has been locked in since day one," said Washington (RDL) manager Barry Petrin after the win. "Hats off to Toronto (RDL). They gave us a heck of a challenge."
