Barria Sparkles in 7-0 Whitewash of Seattle Saturday, October 8th , 2022 Jaime Barria kept the Seattle Mariners hitters off balance all game long as the Miami Marlins pitcher blanked the Mariners, 7-0. Barria gave up 2 hits, struck out 6 and walked 1. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length. "It was a nice win in a long season," he said.
