Murr Selected AL Player of the Week Monday, August 14th , 2023 Austin Murr went on a hitting spree last week against Atlantic League pitchers and today copped the Player of the Week Award. The Garland Bullets first baseman peppered the opposition with 14 hits in 26 at-bats, 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored. In the last 6 games he hit .538 with an on-base percentage of .556. Thus far this season Murr has hit .275 with 6 home runs, 46 RBIs and scored 45 times. |
