Newton Shut Out by Boone Friday, April 26th , 2024 Rodney Boone of the Nashville Alouettes overwhelmed the Newton Jackhammers and walked off the mound with a complete-game shutout. He blanked them 2-0 on 5 hits with a total of 5 strikeouts and no walks. "Rodney was on quite a roll," Nashville manager Nelson Paulino said.
