AL's #1 Player, Wisely of Charlotte Monday, May 13th , 2024 Charlotte Blizzard first baseman Brett Wisely had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the Atlantic League named him Player of the Week. Wisely banged out 15 hits in 33 at-bats on the way to a .455 batting average. He also racked up 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 9 runs scored. Wisely is currently hitting at a .370 pace with 2 home runs and 17 RBIs. |
