The Minnesota Twins clipped the Cleveland Indians, 6-5, in 13 innings at Cleveland Stadium 1980. The standout performance belonged to Minnesota pitcher and The United States, native Jeff D'Amico. Reliever Charles Frederick picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Alberto Garza took the loss. Paul Thorpe notched his 2nd save in 6 chances.
