Jason Regan put together a fine season at the plate for Spokane, capturing one of baseball's most coveted honors, the Pacific Coast League Most Valuable Player Award.

He posted a .339 batting average and a .441 on-base percentage this year while reeling off 162 hits, 34 doubles, 2 triples, 50 home runs and 132 RBIs.

He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Jim Koehler of the Phoenix Giants finished second in voting, while Erubiel Durazo of the Tacoma Cubs finished third.
