Bruso Fires 3-0 Shutout in Walleyes Win Sunday, August 26th , 2001 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Kennewick Bear Cubs as starter Greg Bruso shut them out, 3-0, at Borleske Stadium. The Walla Walla pitcher struck out 6 and walked 1 while allowing 3 hits. "Bruso was good but he wasn't flawless," Kennewick manager said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Walla Walla, but this is on us."
