Knights Deal Titans 6-5 Loss
The Ohio Knights had to overcome a big game from Georgia center fielder Mathieu Roux to leave Peachtree Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 6-5, in 11 innings. Roux went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. The win went to Tim Allen in relief, making him now 4-4. Kevin McLaughlin took the loss for Georgia. The first-place Knights have a one-game lead in their division.

Rick Helmer provided a timely hit. The Ohio right fielder delivered a run-scoring triple in the top of the 11th inning to put the Knights on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.

"Always feels extra good winning this kind of game," said Helmer.
