Rookie of the Month Winner Announced Sunday, August 1st , 2066 Youngster Chris Morris emerged as the latest Patriot League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Georgia deserved the honor, batting .293 with 3 home runs and 15 RBI. Is the month of July a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Morris enjoy the limelight. Morris is batting .301 this year with 12 home runs, 42 RBIs and 35 runs scored. He has 89 hits in 296 at-bats. |
