Steelheads Suffer One-Run Loss at Kentucky
Idaho first baseman Oqtay Alavidze was sensational. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Kentucky beat the Steelheads, 4-3. Kane Finzer earned save number 19 this season. This loss makes it 6 in a row for Idaho.

The Lions got a big at-bat from third baseman Brodie Shanahan. For the game, Shanahan was 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 9th home run of the season gave Kentucky a 3-2 lead.
