The Alabama Yellowhammers knocked off the North Carolina Aviators, 8-5, at Lowe's Field at Bojangles' Stadium. It took 11 innings. Pablo Colunga was a prime reason Alabama won. The designated hitter was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Kyle Law picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-2. Fred Crosby, who is tied for 4th in the PL in saves with 21, was tagged with the loss.
