Blazers SP Cruz Out Friday, October 4th , 2058 The Montreal Blazers will lose the services of starting pitcher Juan Cruz after he sustained a strained biceps while throwing a pitch in today's game against the Charlotte Flyers. "I'll get through it," Cruz said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 5 weeks. This year Cruz has compiled a 12-5 mark with a 3.55 ERA in 32 starts. |
