Although Mac Woolfrey didn’t spend his entire career in DC, he made an impact that would propel the team to the PL. As a reliever, he, at the time of writing, has the second most dominant season from a pitcher in the BL (at 6.8 WAR) and the third most dominant season as a pitcher in the SL (at 6.0 WAR). Those two seasons are the most dominant any reliever has put up in the history of the CBA.

Jon Wagner was the first hitter selected by the DC Eagles. He played his entire career in DC, aside from a mid season loan to Great Lakes in the inaugural season, and put up numbers that will stay on the team leaderboards for a long time – at the time of retirement, Wagner was sixth all time in batting average, ninth in slugging, seventh in OPS, fourth in WAR, second in games played, and the all time DC leader in OBP.
