Brewers Lose Johnston for Season Friday, September 24th , 2049 The season is apparently over for A.C. Johnston. The Milwaukee Brewers medical staff informed the club that the left fielder will be out at least 5 weeks with a herniated disc. Johnston was hurt in the game against Pittsburgh while throwing the ball. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This year Johnston is hitting .272 with 39 home runs and 92 RBIs in 152 games played. He also boasts an OBP of .348 with 64 walks and 106 runs scored. |
