Braves Rally Past Cardinals to Claim 2-1 Series Lead
The Atlanta Braves nearly wasted a strong game from starter Danny Harrison, but were saved by some timely hitting in a 9th inning walk-off win over the St. Louis Cardinals today.

Harrison pitched well in the 2-1 win at SunTrust Park. He threw 8.0 innings allowing 1 runs. The win allowed Atlanta to seize a 2-1 lead in the best-of-7 League Championship Series.

Mike Yetter was the walk-off hero for Atlanta. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Braves pinch hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"They say the first rule of the playoffs is to win the home games," Harrison said afterward. "It feels nice, but it is kind of what we were supposed to do."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at SunTrust Park in Atlanta.
