HA Headline News: Playoffs begin

What months ago was a dream is now reality.
The trade deadline has passed, along with all the GMs' wheeling and dealing. Contract negotiations are on hold. Front office work is all put on the back burner. Now it's time for each club, player, coach and manager to put their imprint on HRBL Single A history. Nobody will remember the free agent who got away. No one will care about the trade that fell through. People will remember just one thing about the playoffs -- the team that wins the Round 2 crown.
The Round 1 starts today with these matchups:
Lincoln Donkeys vs Hamilton Beavers and Halifax Defenders vs Willow Run Wisenheimers.

HA News: Regular Season ends

The 2078 season has come to a close and the playoffs will commence in a few days. The qualifying teams are gearing up for the so-called "second season" that determines the HRBL Single A title. Soon there will be only two clubs left in the running, and they will be matched up in the Round 2. Then there will be only one -- the new league champions.
