Casas, Red Sox Wallop Mariners in Game 2 of WC
With first baseman Triston Casas leading the charge, the Boston Red Sox got a road win over the Seattle Mariners, 7-1, in Game 2 of the Wildcard Series. Casas was 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice at T-Mobile Park to help Boston force a 1-1 tie in the best-of-3 series.

Casas came through for the Red Sox in the top of the third inning. With Boston leading 1-0, the first baseman hit a 3-run home run. It made the score 4-0, Boston.

"It was a good day but I'm not letting my guard down," Casas said. "I'll let my guard down as soon as someone puts a big, fat championship ring on my finger."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at T-Mobile Park in Seattle.
