Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Texas Rangers and Boston Red Sox.

Texas Rangers starter Jon Gray turned in an exceptional performance against the Boston Red Sox at Globe Life Field, resulting in a Texas win, 4-2. Josh Sborz got the save, his 19th in 29 chances.

The game was on the line with two out in the top of the eighth inning, but Kumar Rocker didn't flinch. With the bases loaded and Boston trailing 4-2, Rocker retired Ceddanne Rafaela to end the threat. "Nothing to it," said Rocker, with a wink.

After today's action, Texas sits at 54-57; Boston slips to 58-51.
