Rays Rally to Win
The Tampa Bay Rays weathered an outstanding game by Cleveland first baseman Kyle Manzardo to topple the Guardians, 6-4. Manzardo slugged 2 home runs. Edwin Uceta snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits over 2 innings. He's now 10-7 on the season. Earning his 7th save of the year was Kevin Kelly.

Tampa Bay used a timely hit from Curtis Mead to get the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Rays ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a difference-maker.

Said Tampa Bay manager Rodney Mazion: "We squared some balls up."
