Comerica Park featured a tense pitchers' duel.

Detroit Tigers starter Reese Olson turned in a top-notch performance against the Minnesota Twins at Comerica Park. The result was a win for the Tigers, 2-0. Picking up the save was 29-year old right-handed pitcher Will Vest.

Olson tossed 93 pitches over 7 innings to clinch the win for the Tigers. The right-hander allowed just 2 hits, while racking up 9 strikeouts in the game.

"I was the aggressor," said Olson. "No doubt about it."

The triumph makes Detroit 7-5, as the team begins another long trek toward the playoffs in 2025.
