Myers Powers 3 HR Against Charlotte

Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp right fielder Dane Myers put on a dazzling display of power at Truist Field against the Charlotte Knights. In the 11-4 Jumbo Shrimp victory, Myers penned his name into the record books, slamming a trio of home runs in one of baseball's finest single-day efforts.
"He can hit them out anywhere, right, center, left, it doesn't matter," Charlotte manager Justin Jirschele said. "He's super strong and stays on the ball so well."
Along with his three home runs, the 29-year-old had 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
"Life will always throw you curves, just keep fouling them off," Myers said after the game, when asked about his hitting philosophy. "The right pitch will come, and when it does, be prepared to run the bases. Or trot around them, like I did today."
Dane Myers flied out in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Enyel De Los Santos in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Jimmy Lambert in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Jimmy Lambert in the 9th.
In 2025 Myers has hit at a .372 clip with 16 hits, 6 home runs, 13 RBIs and has scored 9 times.
