Update: Meyer Out 8-9 Months

The latest news from the Williamsport Crosscutters clubhouse is this: starting pitcher Noble Meyer is expected to be out of action for another 8-9 months. He has a stretched elbow ligament, sustained on 06/21/2023. Meyer expressed a bit of relief. "At least now I know," he said.

The roster-selection process for the 2022 MLB Draft League tournament is down to its final hours. Participating clubs face an end-of-day deadline for making their final decisions about who to include and exclude from the competition. After today's deadline, rosters cannot be changed.
