Washington got a terrific game from designated hitter Candon Myles. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Kansas City, 6-4. Myles was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs. The 4th-place Royals now have a win-loss record of 23-28.
