Blue Jays Beat Baltimore, 3-2
|
Toronto Blue Jays starter Mark Appel pitched his team past the Baltimore Orioles, 3-2. With the win over Baltimore, the Blue Jays improved to 36-24.
The Blue Jays relied on left fielder Ryan Nash for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 14th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring double to seal the deal.
"Exhilarating win," said Nash.
