The Chicago White Sox picked up a win at Yankee Stadium, knocking off the New York Yankees, 6-4. Starting pitcher Eric Braun was a big reason why. Rich Marmaro converted his 7th save in 7 tries. The win puts Chicago at 23-41.

It could have been a different outcome for Chicago, had it not been for Evan Weaver, the 24-year old left fielder . Weaver contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put Chicago up, 3-0.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Weaver told a Chicago Daily reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
