Royals Shut Out Guardians, 4-0
|
The Kansas City Royals topped the Cleveland Guardians, 4-0, in American League action at Kauffman Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Kansas City pitcher and Leonardtown, Maryland, native Kevin Knaust. Cleveland's current losing streak is now 6 games.
In the bottom of the third, Daz Cameron hit a 3-run home run. The 1st home run of the season for the Kansas City center fielder put the Royals on top, 3-0.
